On 1st December at the Princess Elizabeth Hospital, aged 35 years, Jacqui lost her battle against cancer, that she had fought with such courage, dignity and determination. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her, especially Simon, Jacob and Zac. A service to celebrate her life will be held on Saturday 15 December at 3. 30 pm at Church on the Rock, to which all are welcome.
