Michelle and the family of the late Derek Nash would like to thank everyone who looked after Derek during his very long illness. Particular thanks are due to the brilliant staff at Coolderry and Green Oaks care homes, for providing consistently patient and loving care that will be long remembered for making his last years so comfortable. We would also like to thank the doctors who looked after him and the members of the Guernsey Alzheimer's Association who provided so much support for both Derek and Michelle after his diagnosis. Donations to that charity in memory of Derek would be welcome.

Finally, our thanks to all those who sent cards and flowers: your kind thoughts are greatly appreciated.
