Peacefully, at Highfield House Care Home, on 11 March 2017, aged 86 years. Dearly beloved husband of Elaine (née de Garis), much loved father of Paul and the late Colin, father-in-law of Caroline, adored grandpa of Adam, Jennifer and Annabel. Funeral service at St Martin's Parish Church on Tuesday, 21 March at 11. 00 a. m. Everyone who knew Don is welcome. Family flowers only please but donations in lieu may be sent to the Ambulance and Rescue Service, Rohais, St Peter Port, GY1 1YN. Private cremation.
