PERKINS, Raymond George:- Following the death of my father Raymond George Perkins on the 29th July 2017, my family and I would like to express our sincere thanks to the following: The State of Guernsey Carers, the District Nurses, the staff at St Martins Surgery and especially Dr Eustace, Sarah and Ruth and the staff at Les Bourgs Hospice for the great care and support shown to him in his final years.
