Died peacefully after a long illness on 2 November 2017 in Les Ormes Care Home, aged 86 years. Dearly loved husband of Diana (ex de la Rue) nee Bachmann, dearly loved father of Bruce, Jack, Ursula and the late Julie and Justine, loved and much admired step-father of Colin, Nigel and Kay.
