It is with sadness that we announce the death of John, beloved husband of the late Helen de Garis and loved father of Michèle and Jean, grandfather and great-grandfather, who died on the 19 October 2019 aged 98 years. He was a faithful and kind man who served God, his family, church and the island with devotion. You are warmly invited to a service of thanks giving at Holy Trinity Church on Friday 1 November at 3. 00 p. m. Family flowers only but donations in lieu may be sent to Holy Trinity Church, Trinity Square, St Peter Port, GY1 1LP.
