At home, on 16 February 2021, aged 74. Dearly loved and cherished by Rona, Holly and Stuart, the late Anneka, Lauren and Tyler, Alex and Yvaine. His sharp mind, never dulled by his long illness, will live on in the memory of his family, friends and students. A private service will be held with a celebration of his life to be notified later when conditions permit.
