On 9th August 2021, peacefully "Slipped his moorings for the last time and left harbour, heading into the sunset". After decades of poor health borne at all times with great dignity and humour, in his 84th year. Beloved husband of Valerie (nee Falla). Adored father of Sharon and Philip, father-in-law of Graham and Jane. Dearly loved grandpa of Debbie, Stuart, Chrystal, Jason and the late Martyn and a much loved great granpa. Funeral service at St Paul's Methodist Church on Friday 20th August at 11. 00 a. m. Relatives and friends kindly accept this intimation. Family flowers only.
