Peacefully, at Summerland House Nursing Home, on 16 August 2021, aged 96. Dearly loved wife of the late Des, much loved mum of Gary and Julie, mother-in-law of Gary, adored gran and great-gran, dear sister of Henry. Funeral service at St Saviours Parish Church on Tuesday, 24 August at 1. 00 p. m. Everyone who knew Irene is welcome. Family flowers only please but donations in lieu may be sent to Guernsey Alzheimer's Association LBG, The Centre, Rue des Monts, Delancey, St. Sampsons, GY2 4HU. Private Interment.
