Andrew Wilson for John Payne

Sandy and Family : I heard earlier today of the very very sad passing of John / Dad / Grandpa. My sincere condolences to you all . I doubt my name will mean anything to you . I first met John at Reading University - a truly relaxed student . We went though three years together - same hall of residence ( Whiteknights) . By his own admission he found my notes very helpful! Of course he followed University by spending all his working life in Bristol . After a couple of roles in London I joined David Tye as a Director of Rugby Securities / Estates where I was for 27 years . John was our principal adviser in Bristol and the South West - always approachable with great advice and above all was honest and friendly and professional . I think he may have been a recipient of one of our agent initiatives : a holiday on some sun drenched beach ! And as I found myself in Guernsey we caught a number of years ago - he showed me your bungalow with great views . He was the same then as he was when I was 17 . My warmest wishes to you all on this saddest of sad times . I wont forget John . Andrew Wilson
