Peacefully passed away at the Princess Elizabeth Hospital, on 4 February 2023, aged 96. Much-loved father of Pamela, cherished grandfather of James, and friend to many. He will be missed by all that knew him.Frank's funeral service will be held at the Forest Methodist Church on Thursday, 16 February at 11.00 a.m. Everyone who knew him is welcome. Family flowers only please but donations in lieu may be sent to the Bailiff's Disaster Relief Fund Ukraine Appeal and sent to The Bailiff's Chambers, Royal Court House, St Peter Port, GY1 2NZ. Private interment.
