Passed away peacefully at the Jersey Hospice with her family at her side on Monday 14th August 2023,aged 72 years. Beloved wife of Derek, adored mother of Maxine, Daniel and Adam. Grandmother to Antonia, Kieran, Jacob and Scarlett. Rest in Peace. Relatives and friends wishing to attend the funeral service for Pat are invited to meet at the Crematorium Chapel, Westmount Road, St. Helier. On Thursday 31st August 2023 at 2.30pm.
