Unexpectedly but peacefully at the Monmouth Medical Center, Monmouth County, New Jersey on 3rd March 2024, aged 59 years. Dearly loved wife of David Williams, much loved daughter of Ann and the late Pat Wootton, sister to James, Bridget and Andrew. Memorial Service and celebration of Louise's life will be held at Georgian Court University, New Jersey on Saturday 16th March. In lieu of flowers, please donate to K's Kitten Rescue, P.O.
