THANKS

The family of the late Catherine Tostevin, would like to thank Deacon Mark Leightley for conducting such a lovely service to celebrate her life. Thanks also to everyone who attended, sent cards, messages and flowers and made donations to the Chest and Heart LBG or to Headway Guernsey, it is very much appreciated. Our grateful thanks also to the nurses and staff at Browhill Nursing Home, who looked after Catherine in a caring and compassionate way over the years. A special thanks to the other ‘Catherine’, who did activities with Catherine and which she enjoyed so much. Many thanks too, to the ladies from the Legion of Mary at St. Joseph’s Church, who visited Catherine over the time she was at Browhill, which we know gave her great comfort and peace. Also, thanks to Fr. Gaston, Fr. Nishan, Fr. Inna and Canon Chris from St. Joseph’s Church, plus the nuns from the Convent of Mercy, who also visited her over the time she was at Browhill. Catherine had many friends and relations who would also pop in to see her, call her or write to her, which she greatly enjoyed. We also send grateful thanks to Paul Bougourd and the team at Martel’s Funeral Services, who went above and beyond, to make what was an incredibly sad time for the family, a much easier and less stressful experience.
