Passed away peacefully at Les Bourgs Hospice on Saturday 3rd January 2026, aged 90 years. Dearest husband of the late Shirley. Much loved father and father-in-law of Julie and Andy and Jon and Aija. Grandfather of Steven and Amélie.Funeral service to be held at St Saviour's Parish Church on Tuesday 13th January at 1pm. All who knew John are welcome to attend. Family flowers only, however any kind donations in lieu may be made to Les Bourgs Hospice, Andrew Mitchell House, Rue du Tertre, St Andrews, GY6 8SF.Interment at St Saviour's new cemetery.
