Passed away peacefully at the Princess Elizabeth Hospital on 4th April 2026, aged 85 years. Dearly beloved husband of Stephanie (née van Herwaarden) and married for 56 years, beloved father and father-in-law of Steph and Fernando, brother and brother-in-law of Martin and Angela and uncle to Caroline and Sally. Funeral service at St Matthew's Church, Cobo on Thursday 16th April at 2.00 p.m. to which all who knew Richard are welcome to attend. Please, no black but colourful attire welcomed. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to Les Bourgs Hospice, Rue du Tertre, St Andrews, GY6 8SF. Private Interment.
