On 26th June 2026, after fighting a long and courageous battle with dementia, aged 86 years. Beloved wife of the late David, much-loved mother of David, Louise, and the late Stephen (Mega), and mother-in-law to Karyn. A devoted and loving nan to Alex, Laura, Chloe, Ceejay, and their partners Matt, Tom and Josh, grandchildren Laila, and Johnny, step Nan to Saskia, Imani, Serenna and Charlton and a proud great-nan to Oscar and Ada. Gwen will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. The family would like to thank the staff at Le Platon Nursing Home for the care, kindness, and compassion shown to Gwen during the last years of her life. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Le Platon Residential Home, Little St. John Street, St. Peter Port via their online portal: www.leplaton.com/fundraising.Family are warmly invited to attend the service at the Foulon Crematorium at 12:00 noon on Monday, 20th July 2026, followed by a continued celebration of Gwen's life after the service.
