With much sadness, the family wish to announce that Martin passed away on 20th July 2026, age 82 years, with his much loved wife Hannah beside him. Adored husband of Hannah and the late Josephine, beloved father of Kate, Michael, Stephen and the late Simon, much loved father-in-law of James, Liz, Michelle and Jennifer, proud Papa of William, Lucie, Gavin, Libby, Emily, Alice, Olivia, Florence and Jane, and loved step-father of Jon and wife Rosalind, children Flora, Ed and Claudia, and also Ben and wife Nicola and children Henry and Iris. Martin was a very special man, blessed to be loved by two wonderful women and immensely proud of his whole family. He dedicated his life to his family, his parish and to the island he was so proud to be a part of. He will be greatly missed by many. Funeral arrangements to follow.
