Passed away peacefully at Les Bourgs Hospice on Wednesday, 14th October 2026, aged 52 years. Loved partner and best friend of Steven for 36 years. Adored mum of Chelsea, Leah, Bradley, Bailey and Scarlett-Rose. Treasured daughter of David and Patricia, and a much loved sister.Celebration of Life to be held at Les Cotils, Harry Bound Room on Friday, 20th November 2026 at 2pm. A warm welcome is extended to all those who wish to join us in celebrating Chantelle's life. Please feel free to wear casual and colourful clothing.
